"We stayed for 2 nights.
The front desk staff was very friendly and even let us check in earlier than 3 p.m., saying our room was already prepared — that part was great!
However, the room was not clean at all. We could find the previous guests’ hair anywhere, and even a chocolate wrapper they left behind. This is the first time I’ve stayed in a room without boxed tissues, a refrigerator, or even a trash can (or bag) in the bathroom. Very disappointing!
After speaking with two front desk staff and one manager, there was still no action taken and no ability to resolve the problem.
If you’re planning to book this place, think twice or be mentally prepared. Believe me, you definitely have better options out there!"
