「Felt like a very irrelevant guest. Certain things broke or not working inside the room. (Blow dryer/tub overflow) I could not eat at main restaurant, got told that they booked to large groups so I will need to go elsewhere for food (felt very unprofessional) and dismissed. As a solo traveller felt my needs/wants were irrelevant because of catering to larger groups. Poor communication Lack of staff - could not utilize spa (was told it was busy season. So I should have booked in advance)...
