"My husband and I had to check in at midnight due to being involved in an accident. They were kind enough to ensure our room will be available whenever we could come, having staff at the desk 24 hrs. Parking was nearly full by the time we got there, so we had to park kind of far from our building/room. But the room itself was perfect. AC/Heat was simple to use, the bathroom had two sinks and an amazing shower. The bed was comfortable and clean. Patio wasn't much of a patio but there was plenty of outdoor space to go roam. We asked for late check out since we got in so late but they did not grant that. We stayed less than 12 hours there but it was a quality stay."

"It is very conveniently located to get around to sights in West Sedona area and only few minutes from downtown Sedona. Beautiful views and sights from our balcony. We did not get to use the pool due to it being closed a few times when we tried to go. Closed because storms were near area. Staff was friendly and helpful."
