Excellent stay. Andrew at the front desk went out of his way to make sure everything was just right for our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and delicious-especially the fresh ground coffee! Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. We had traveled all day from Tennessee to attend a family members funeral. The staff allowed us into a room early to get ready for funeral! The lady working the buffet the next morning was wonderful also!

The hotel areas and our room were spotless. The room was warm, cozy, comfortable and had every amenity one could possibly need, including bathroom toiletries. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive. Our stay was lovely and I've already made reservations for our next visit in February.

This is a very nice hotel that has been recently renovated. The rooms were modern and comfortable. The staff was very friendly (especially the AM cook). The food was good and they very accommodating with all my requests. I would definitely recommend it and most definitely stay there again. It was a very pleasant experience.

The staff at this location were phenomenal - responsive, nice, caring, fun, going above and beyond. For Halloween, they had a pumpkin decorating contest and let everyone vote on it. They got me in a room early. They seemed to really care about the guests and like each other. The breakfast lady was SUPER nice and it felt like a restaurant with her level of service. It made what is ultimately a chain hotel feel very special.

Could have better toiletries...seemed sparse in comparison to other IHG properties. Also, we had 2 separate visits, of which, the toilets in both rooms could stand some repairs. The shower rod in one of the rooms needed repair as well. Breakfast was ok. Need to keep in mind that not all travelers are there for business and may not eat right away (keep it up until it ends, in other words). But, very friendly staff. 😊
