「It was great once I actually got the apartment I had booked. They tried to fob me off with a much smaller room with no kitchen or washing machine. I decided to complain so actually got the apartment about 2pm the next day. There was a lot of apologies & a plate of delicious treats to compensate but to be honest I was really gutted to waste a whole day. 「Beautiful property and pool area. Staff was very nice! Loved the convenience of ordering food by the pool. I did not care for the AC unit above my head- or the fact that there only was one thin small rough blanket to cover with. I did ask for a top sheet and another blanket which they did bring to me on my second night. That was a lot better. I liked the bathroom shower. 「I went as part as my honey moon and it was a disaster. The receptionists barely spoke English. The bathrooms were messy and there were cigarettes butts on the floor in the backyard. The kitchen wasn’t properly cleaned either as I saw bugs in the coffee machines. I think the villa wasn’t rented for a while because when I turned on the water, it was brown for a few minutes, and the hot water only lasted 5 minutes. I had to shower cold. 「I nearly never booked accommodation due to the mould review however glad I did as the apartment was exactly as described, spacious apartment, clean, location is perfect just a 5/10 minute walk away from the castle and food places, bars ect, we really enjoyed our stay! I gave feedback regarding shower & toilet problems and feedback was taken on board but apart from that happy stay and would return! Thank you」
