This is a 3/4 star hotel with Marriott name slapped on it. I stayed at two hotels which are technically both 5 stars: this Marriott and Meluha the Fern on the other side of pawai lake. The difference was shocking and the price is roughly the same. Marriotts area is bad and inconvenient, hotel rooms and facilities give very old/unclean vibes, and the rooms are much smaller. Elevator takes forever to come and stairs are straight up dirty and not maintained. Half of the facilities are not even in the building and you need to walk to a different hotel which lends its gym/swimming pool. Will never stay here again as long as Fern has availability.

I was not expecting quite a dated looking property. The location and outside space were great. Howbever The cleanliness was not good at all and that’s a big priority for me. We had to ask staff to sweep the room when we arrived. Also the kitchen facilities and knives were also not very clean or decent. I struggled to brush my teeth after discovering the filth under the sink. I will never stay here again and will definitely pay more for a cleaner place.

A wonderful stay to begin with. There was some construction underway during our stay, hence a bit loud. The pool closes early, so no late night relaxation possible. Apart from these foibles, it was very satisfactory. Great staff and breakfast is amazing.

This hotel was clean, well-appointed and had wonderful helpful and friendly staff who couldn't do enough to make our stay great. Use of the Westin facilities, especially the pool, gym and restaurant, was a highlight and we spent most of our time there. It is a long trip in to central Mumbai (45-120 minutes) but the taxis are very cheap and Tuks even cheaper.

few staff members need retraining of guest handling skills, its either a training issue or hiring problem. Nishant (Director) & Sameer as seasoned professionals managed couple of embarrassing situations. Thanks to the two men who are seen almost attending everything in my observation. our stay would not have been memorable without these two.

I had to wait for 1-2 hrs before checking, the room was not ready by 3 PM and we finally get to check in at 5 PM.
Room was not very functional when we get in, bathroom were not very clean. TV we’re not working properly, we had to call house keeping so many times. Also there were some dirty dishes kept outside the room for the entire duration of the stay.

I stayed in 2 Bedroom Lake View Apartment. Very spacious apartment, With Kitchen and Refrigerator. The room service folks Vithoba and Rajesh took good care of our room with daily cleaning and did a great job. Access to Renaissance was awesome. We had Breakfast included and both Marriott and Renaissance were awesome with ton of choices. Overall a nice stay. Renaissance is much modern but does not have the large 2 Bed Rooms.
