「good hotel to recommend for stay in Mumbai」

「My flight arrived very late, it was almost midnight when I arrived at the hotel. the front desk staff is very friendly. Checked me in very quickly. The room was incredibly clean and classy. The bed has a sun-kissed feel and is very warm and comfortable. This is definitely the most comfortable and cleanest hotel and room I have ever stayed in in India.」

Check in was a breeze with friendly and efficient staffs Unfortunately our first night was a Saturday night and the room next to us was extremely noisy; loud music…, etc.; throughout the night till morning. We made a complaint in the early hours of the morning and at the Reception Rohan was very helpful and obliging by switching us to another room for the remaining of our stay. Thank you so much Rohan. 「比較起圖片, 實際上房間及大堂要好看, 大氣。是上世紀的好酒店的風度, 雖不是新式酒店的裝潢, 但有貴氣, 維護的不錯。整體來說, 餐飲品質不錯, 餐廳人員的服務有些不齊, 因為有的很好, 有的經驗不足, 可能疫情後人員不好找。但大多的服務人員都帶笶容, 有服務熱忱。住在這裡是舒適的, 酒店不會過大, 房間數過多。早餐的自助吧不大, 但品質我很喜歡。另外熱食部分是用點的。」

「All staff are friendly, helped me upgrade to sea view room, wide breakfast selection which I needn’t stand up for the buffet, cause the staffs would fetch for you. They’re very thorough about guest privileges such as free sauna and gym classes. It was definitely a wonderful experience, except my pillow case had black marks one night of my staying.」
