very smart hotel with tasteful decor , checked in online which was easy , the room was excellent with a large window overlooking the Brasillica . huge bed was very comfortable and whole hotel was spotless. all of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful , good choice at breakfast time and always able to find a table even at the busiest times

We were fortunate to be staying in a suite on the seventh floor, the views were outstanding and easily walkable to all the major attractions. All of the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, polite and helpful.
Budapest is now our most favourite place to visit.

Happiest! Food is outstanding and the breakfast and dinner service is impeccable. Excellent spa and sauna condition. Transport may be a bit of an issue if you do not have your own car, else I have hardly seen any better for the price. Good job Abacus!
