"Alles war wieder sehr gut – wir haben uns erneut sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war bereits unser zweiter Aufenthalt und sicherlich nicht der letzte. Die Betten sind bequem, die Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet und haben dennoch ihren eigenen Charme. Auch das angeschlossene Restaurant können wir wärmstens empfehlen. Das kostengünstige Frühstück haben wir dieses Mal zwar noch nicht ausprobiert, aber bereits gesehen – beim nächsten Aufenthalt werden wir es auf jeden Fall vor Ort dazubuchen. Alles in allem...

"Ein sehr einfaches, älteres Hotel mit entsprechendem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Zimmer war günstig, allerdings auch sehr schlicht ausgestattet. Das Bett (Schrankbett) war nicht besonders komfortabel, und das WC befand sich gegenüber im Flur. Das Frühstück gab es erst ab 8:00 Uhr. Der Service könnte insgesamt etwas aufmerksamer sein. "The room is very efficient, small but good. Staff is very kind & spoke English. The towels are bare thin & scratchy & the carpets seem dirty but overall maintenance is ok. If you don’t choose a reservation with the extra fee so you can cancel you are stuck with the whole price from the minute you book. No changes no cancellation even months in advance. Our flights changed & we lost 2 nights & they wouldn’t do anything nor would Expedia. It’s extortion"

"This was our first visit to Hamburg and would like to return and would not hesitate to book Numa again. The room was modern, spacious and had everything we needed. Plenty of hanging and cupboard space, a well equipped small kitchen area (we didn’t actually stay for long enough to use it) and large en-suite. Some things were not immediately obvious, such as the lighting and external blind control but there were instructions for everything, so no need for this to be a problem. The location couldn’t have been better as we didn’t want to drive into the centre of Hamburg and we found free street parking just outside the hotel, alternatively there was paid parking at Numa which seemed expensive compared to other hotels we’d stayed at during our trip. The Rubenkamp train station was around a kilometre walk away via the very pretty allotments and walkways, trains were frequent and the journey to the centre took around 20 mins or approximately 6 stops. It was all very easy 😊"
