Hotel Schwarzer Adler
I was astonished at the lack of cleaning in the room. The duvet covers weren’t changed. The bins weren’t emptied once in 5 days, bathroom surfaces weren’t wiped and neither were the sinks. Literally the duvet was folded in half, pillows plumped and towels replaced only if we’d put them in the bath. ...

AC Hotel by Marriott Innsbruck
Fantastic stay again at the AC in Innsbruck. Great hotel whch is very well located for the Christmas markets we were visiting. Such friendly staff and really good rooms. Breakfast is very good and with an excellent team serving you. Looking forward to returning.

ADLERS Hotel
Lovely corner room with stunning views, and the room was comfortable and clean. Nice location only 5 minute walk to the old town. Came for a Christmas market and they had 7 on the go. We visited the two in old town that may have been the biggest we have ever seen. They go to town on celebrating Christmas! ...
