Der Ort selbst ist wirklich einzigartig: Das Grundstück ist derart weitläufig, dass es einem vorkommt wie ein Urwald im Urwald. "My whole experience was absolutely amazing. Rooms were all the time in good condition. Staff was very attentive and courteous. Food was very hygienic , tasty as well as fresh. So much variety in food. They come to your table and make sure you are pleased with food if we need anything. Lots of activity to do in nature. Very informative. Staff was knowledgeable about Rainforest . Its children friendly .I highly recommend this place for families. Hope to visit again. 🙂"

"This was terrible experience lost my money, there were no toiletries, no phone in the room to connect with reception. Nobody was ever at the reception probably why they don’t give phone in room. Broken floor "

"Location is damn good with the environment around with a greenery tea plantations, but the hotel & the rooms were in pathetic condition. The room which we stayed doesn't had basic curtains for the windows, also the rooms are not clean & hygiene for which they charge very high price. "

"The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The service was just ok. The property belongs to an old couple. Their breakfast starts at 8.30am which is late for us travellers. Though it was already included in the package i had to leave the hotel without breakfast as i left at 8am. The owner had proposed that at 7.30am he could provide us with bread, butter and jam.
