「Everything was excellent! We had a horrible experience at a different hotel the previous night and messaged the staff at this hotel for a possible early check in. They responded and were able to get us our hotel room, Schneewittchen, as soon as we arrived! They were excellent! They changed our vacation to a positive one and the property and people were wonderful!」

「Für einen Abflug vom Flughafen Hahn ist das Hotel genial gelegen. Das Hotel bietet einen Parkplatz sowie Transfer zum Flughafen und zurück an. Der Aufpreis hierfür ist moderat. Auch das Essen und die Weine im Restaurant waren wirklich gut und wir waren insgesamt rundum zufrieden. Wenn man nicht ab Hahn fliegt, findet man trotzdem ein günstiges Hotel in Moselnähe für Ausflüge.」

Sehr zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal, schöner Fitness und Spa-Bereich / Sauna. Preisgünstige Tennishalle mit sehr schnellem Belag direkt nebenan. Perfekt für ein Wochenende. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ein wenig zu teuer und zu abgelegen. Es hat uns alles in allem sehr gut gefallen!」
