「It was my second time staying there and will definitely stay there again next time I’m in Tbilisi」

「Good breakfast.」

「Lovely place to stay in Tbilisi. We are joining HF holidays hiking tour and booked an extra night to explore Tbilisi. The Georgian staff are the main attraction because of their kindness and friendliness. This is what most travellers hanker for when travelling in unfamiliar territories. The room is spacious and clean. Nice to have bathrobes and slippers. No gym and no swimming. Buffet breakfast nice, especially incorporating Georgian food, kachapuri. Terrace lovely but gets very warm by 8 in the...

「Wonderful stay! Friendly staff with warm smiles, spacious and clean room, and a truly pleasant holiday experience. Highly recommended!」

「My recent stay was highly frustrating, largely due to unfocused front desk staff and poor customer service. Later, a receptionist incorrectly validated my parking ticket, forcing me to walk all the way back from the garage and wait for her to finish a phone call just to correct her admitted mistake. The poor service extended to the rest of the...

「We had a great short stay. The room was spacious for our family and clean. The staff were very friendly and the owner put on a lovely home made breakfast. A very warm and cute boutique hotel. 」

「There was construction on the Main Street of hotel which was very disruptive. Shower was outdated. Staff tried to be helpful. We did get later checkout (1pm instead of 12pm). They should have offered something for the inconvenience of the construction (like maybe free breakfast?) or at least mention this with time for traveler to change hotels」

「Amazing view and a very nice breakfast」
