"This was not a bad stay. The hotel has been designed well and it has great potential. The bed was comfy and the upgraded room with a balcony gave great views over the city. However, it’s clear that it is not ready to receive customers as only half of the hotel is actually built. It seems that they put the majority of guests in the rooms that are ready, so that they can operate, but these rooms seem a little tired already and they seem a bit rushed. "The location is excellent — right in the city centre with easy access to all parts of the city. The room is larger than most of the other twin bedrooms we’ve stayed in before. It was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. Given these conditions, we found the price reasonable and good value for money. What made our stay even better was the kind staff member, Sabina. Our flight was delayed for a few days, and we encountered some other issues as well. She patiently helped us by calling the airline’s local office and speaking with them on our behalf to resolve the problems. We had a very good experience staying here and would highly recommend it!"
