「Morris, Susie and their family were so welcoming and really looked after us. The location is something else and you can just sit and watch the volcano and listen to it rumble for hours. Our bungalow was basic but comfortable, and it was nice to be able to switch off for a couple of days and experience the local village life. 「We had the most amazing time here, from the minute we landed at the airport everything was perfect. Daniel and his family are wonderful people and organised everything we needed, transport from/to airport, tours and food. The location is truly authentic in a village and you could see the volcanos glow from our room.」

「i was made to wait for three hours and was eventually told by the hotel staff to cancel the reservation as they claimed not to have received payment. we had to book another hotel last minute! really bad experience with the lava view bungalows.」
