2部屋、禁煙室を予約しました。部屋に入ったらとてもタバコの臭いが酷かった。あまりにも酷かったので窓を開けたり、備え付けの消臭スプレーをしたり、空気清浄機を全開にかけたりしたけど、あまりにも耐えきれなかったのでスタッフに伝えた。
そしたら部屋は3ヶ月前から禁煙に変更になった。と話され他の部屋も同じと言われて変更してもらえなかった。
もう一部屋も若干タバコの臭いはしたけど、そこまでではなかった。
清掃時、臭いとかも消臭したりしないのかな？
絶対前に利用した方が部屋で吸ったと思います。それが本当に残念でした。
朝食はメニューは品数が少なく、ちょっとしたサラダとおかずはハムやベーコン、魚の切り身など。1800円では正直高いと思いました。

Amazing hotel for the price. Very happy with our stay. The onsen was great. Everything was provided in the hotel that we needed.
