It was very peaceful and relaxing. And the breakfast was unbelievable-definitely not your average hotel breakfast. We loved our stay here and hope to return! "

"We were very disappointed in our stay. The desk chair in our room was torn and the surface of the side chair was peeling off. They had put a cover over the seat to hide the tears but the back and the arms were cracked and peeling. When we returned to our room on the 2nd day, we found 2 bags of garbage on the floor, garbage laying in the corner that wasn’t ours, dirty, wet towels on the bathroom floor (we had hung ours up after showering) our bed wasn’t made up and they hadn’t replenished the pods of coffee."

"Good breakfast- omelets on Sunday! Easy close parking. Good location, walkable to good restaurants. But they are renovating the second floor which was noisy at times."

"The place had a very strong smell of cleaning chemicals, yet it still didn’t feel clean. The bedding, carpet, and overall condition were very old, worn, and unpleasant. It felt like a rundown motel with the Best Western name attached to it."

"The room was so great! The fire place offered a wonderful extra experience to a room that felt like a cabin. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was so good, homemade fresh entries. They even gave out free mini cinnamon rolls for breakfast! "
