「The landscape after the window is opened is beautiful like a painting, you can see the train, bridge, snow, mountains, and boats. The pool is great and the hot pool is nice. The downside is that you can hear footsteps from upstairs on the lower floors.」

「Nicely remodeled rooms , great forest view with the sound of river , jacuzzi is great. Very relaxing and beautiful. Nice addition now that the room has a microwave. We enjoyed it a lot. 」

「As always, my stay was fantastic! The staff at this hotel are tops, imo. Keep in mind, fellow travelers, this is a fully restored historic hotel and the water in the showers and/or sinks may at times run very hot or very cold but it certainly doesn’t detract from the charm. Take staff advice for dining and activity suggestions. Try doing something or going somewhere new. Enjoy your stay, enjoy the town - both are delightful!」
