"Great food, staff, location."

"A stunning location overlooking a lake with lush flowers and gardens cascading down. Room with terrace was lovely. BUT, receptionist spoke only Polish and was not competent regarding the use of credit cards. The bathroom was very simple and small. Access to the run was through a staircase after exiting the elevator, which is to easy with luggage. The restaurant food middling, but service was friendly."

"I was amazed by this place - much better than expected. however, as it is a fairly new place, and it seems to be family run, it lacks a professional management. Service is very relaxed and perhaps not up to the standard the property represents itself. The rooms are very nicely designed, with heated bathroom floors, big flat screed, smart tv, good wifi (although add states no internet?), and good FREE parking - the add mentions a fee but we were never charged. Very quiet and secluded place,...

"My reservation was for a “Deluxe Double Room, Balcony, Lake View.” We arrived late, and we were very surprised to wake up without a lake view. Why did we receive a different room? no one answered. I do not recommend it. "
