"Lovely rooms and amenities. Staff was always very friendly. However, I was a bit disappointed that my male colleague were upgraded to the chalet when I was not (we all booked together). My room was right next to the elevator which was extremely noisy at all hours. Also, the amount of small children was surprising due to the nature of this property- the constant crying and screaming did not allow for a relaxing stay. "

Evening turndown included rotating treats like chocolate chip cookies and macarons, a small but delightful touch. The concierge service was truly outstanding. The team stayed in touch via text throughout our stay, helping with anything we needed at any time of day. They seamlessly coordinated skiing for us—including equipment and a wonderful private instructor who made my first time skiing feel safe and fun. Afternoon tea on the terrace overlooking the mountains, delicious breakfasts, and a private shuttle anywhere in town."

"Perfectly located a few blocks from the pedestrian center. The rooms are relatively small but don’t feel small because of the thoughtful design and amenities. Two comfortable chairs. Double sinks. Decent size desk. Very comfortable beds with huge pillow and headboard designed to make it comfortable to sit in bed, in addition to regular pillows and bedding. Delightful staff. Attractive dining room. Good breakfast and very responsive servers. Definitely a winner."

"The hotel was advertised as having ski-in/ski-out access, breakfast available and room service. The ski lift is around 2.5km up a road or a 1km walk to a ski bus that takes you there. No breakfast or room service was available. The water was too cold to shower in the evening and the staff said this was because many people were staying at the hotel?"
