"The room was nothing like how it presented on expedia. The t.v barely worked and cut in and out, the shower was either ice cold or scolding hot, and the toliet leaked water. I was there for a procedure at the mayo clinic and just wanted to relax in my room but i couldn't even do that. This was one of the worst hotels ive ever stayed in."

"The breakfast area had a smaller selection. There were no high chairs and when asked the staff said “nope, no need for them. Feed them on the couch.” We also asked for a tray to bring some food back and a different staff member told us “trays were unnecessary and we should be lucky they allow us to bring food back to the room today.” So two days in a row of unfortunate breakfasts. The rooms were older, but still clean. The hotel was older, but average overall. "

"They have a great continental breakfast, and Famous Dave’s right through the Lobby. There is a small exercise room, a pool & a hot tub. It is comfortable, and the staff is courteous & accommodating. "
