"They didn’t guarantee the room type even though I checked in thru the Hilton app for 2 beds. They were oversold and bumped us to 1 King - that was unacceptable. "

"We got there at 4 pm an hour after check in starts and they didn't know what rooms where clean, they were really busy we booked 2 rooms. The staff was very nice but made us wait a while and when I got my room it smelled like cigarettes and I have small children so I had to go back to change my room they were able to give me another room after 15 min, I ended up getting into my room after 5 pm. Sadly when we used the bathtub it didn't seem clean and the carpet had a big stain like puke that had some splatter into the wall. I was very dissaponted about this Marriot facility, usually Marriot hotels are great but this one was rather dissaponted. The breakfast area was very cramp and crowed, very little seating areas. The pool and hot tub are very dirty. The staff were really nice and tried to help, but everything seem very disorganized. The next morning they didn't have any pool towels and when we ask for blankets we had to wait a while to get clean ones. The beds are comfortable. The room was quiet even though we were really close to the freeway so that was good."

"Old air conditioning system. Needs work. Two beds. One bed had dirty sheets. The window had a large crack all the way acrossed it. No breakfast!!!"

"Room was good. Two comments. 1. Handicap room but toilet was not a handicap toilet. Not a big problem because bars were installed in bathroom. 2. Blackout shade could not be pulled up or adjusted. Other than that, enjoyed the room. Plenty of outlet, Bed was comfortable and room was clean."

"Our Room was great. Super clean. The problem we encountered was the fact that there was never anyone at the front desk. We waited about 15 minutes before I called the property and they instructed me on how to check myself in at the kiosk at the front door. Not to mention the front lobby was dirty with stuff all over the floor. The 2nd morning my husband went down to get coffee and there was no cups so he went to the front desk and low and behold nobody was there again. When someone finally did show up he asked for some coffee cups, the person gave him attitude acting like he was asking too much, and handed him 5 cups to leave by the coffee maker. We have stayed here before and loved it. Not sure we'll be back again after this trip."

"Cleanliness is key, and this place was perfect! Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff is very friendly and helpful! The shuttle is an awesome amenity, as well! They’ll take you anywhere, within a 3 mile radius, which provides many options from food, to shopping! Really nice stay!!"
