"When we were checking in, we asked to be on the side away from interstate and were told "you don't want to be on that side, that's were the locals stay". The room was okay, but the towels were very stained and there was food left in the refrigerator. The TV remote did not work and there was no phone to call the front desk. When we checked the front desk asked how our stay was and when we told of our issues, they said they would refund us...that did not happen."

"So going in I knew that there was not going to be any hot water and still I stayed. I was told at the front desk that I would be getting 20% discount. Since I had paid with Expedia I would have to get it back from them. When I called they said no I had to get it from Super 8. Needless to say it’s a classic he said she said and I know I will not see my discount. We stayed 2 nights and they didn’t not make the bed between the 2. Some of the furniture was so stained up we were afraid to sit down. I will say the staff at night let us sit in the lobby and eat dinner with the rest of our family. I hope there is no reason that I will have to stay again. "
