The instructors are great. However the resort system is very inconvenience. No one sell tickets on site and we have to use their iPad to make purchase individually. After making purchase, they still require you to fill the rental form; so why not just pay and go. They also do not provide multiple day rental and ticket purchase. Thus we have to go back to their vedio room to waste time to watch their rental vedio and do the rental and ticket purchase processing every day. They process is totally different from majority of the ski resorts.
