「Super, wir hatten einfach eine sehr gute Zeit als Familie in diesem Hotel. Der Hotel hat mehr als genug Parkplätze, so eine Sorge weniger. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Sie haben uns viel geholfen. Echt nette Leute. Das Zimmer was sauber und groß genug für die 3 von uns. Der Balkon was sehr groß und die Aussicht wunderbar. 5 Sterne, auf jeden Fall bekommen sie wegen des Essens. Echt lecker und es gab neue Sachen jeden Tag. Der Pool (und Area) war auch relativ groß (15 x 7 x 1,4 Meter). Vormittag...

「The staff when I check in is so nice and patient to explain the location and how to stay and ski in the area with great details. I really appreciate. The hotel is easy to access with minutes walk to the beautiful village. The location is very close to the ski area with bus transportation for two stations, or 10 minutes walk. The hotel is nicely decorated, clean and warm. The breakfast is also very nice. I enjoyed the stay. 」

「This is such an amazing stay, I highly recommend. From the moment you arrive you are welcomed to amazing hospitality, where they invite you to have some complimentary tea or coffee while looking over the details of your trip. There is sauna, and infrared treatments. My cousin and I needed to keep our bags somewhere while we snowboarded at kitzski, since our checkout time was at 10am, they allowed us to keep our bags in a separate room. This family owned and operated hotel goes above and beyond...

「No kitchen in our room. Room was clean but we only had the cleaner come in twice in 6 nights. View was fabulous. Comfortable bed. Staff was super nice and helpful. My only complaint was that the Expedia site reported that this property has a hot tub but it does not. I am not sure whether the error is on the part of Expedia or the hotel, but I wanted to point that out. 」
