"We were 2 hours early with many luggages and receptionist said no rooms were ready for check in We were storing our luggages at lobby to make way for lunch and the shift manager came up to let us know that a family just got cleaned up so we can have it Very kind of him! Room service didn’t replenish sufficient towel for us and we had to call reception again late night for towel. It was not his job to bring up to the room for us but again he went out of way to deliver to our room Thank you for the pleasant stay!"
