"This facility is suitable for relaxing all the time with big outside bathtub and quiet room. We could stay in safe and really enjoy all of the time. Especially when we were in the 2nd floor in our room to take a outside bath, we were amazed by the beautiful sight of the stars. "温泉郷という事もあり、大浴場や露天風呂はとてもよかったです。お部屋も綺麗でゆっくり過ごせました。何よりも食事の時のスタッフの方々の対応がとてもよかったです。アジアの他国出身のスタッフの方もいらっしゃいましたが、とても印象が良かったです。ただ今の時代のこともあり、Wi－Fiが部屋では全く繋がらなく、1階ロビーでもとても遅かった点が残念でした。"

"我々は松本方面から高速で麻績（おみ）まで行き、山道を走ってホテルへ向かった。街灯がないくねくね道を長いこと走ることになりとても大変だった。ホテルのスタッフさんから教えてもらい、翌日は国道19号を通るルートで帰宅した。ホテルは清潔で、大浴場も心地よく、食堂でいただく朝食はどことなく学生時代の合宿を思わせる雰囲気で心がなごむ。夜が明けると雪をまとった山脈を遠くに臨める絶景を楽しめる立地にあることがわかり、明るいうちに19号方面から到着し、ここでゆっくりと時間を過ごす旅程がおすすめ。"
