We had a great time, kids loved it. Mixed reviews on the staff. The woman who checked us in was great, the servers at the pool were excellent but many others (at the stores, towel stand, buffet etc all seem like they hate thier job and asking a questions

The bed and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The corridors were very cold. The elevators took a long time. The food in the restaurants was sub par except the Bahamas Restaurant.
