My wife and I made a quick trip to Winnsboro, we arrived late Friday night, Tim made sure we were able to enter our room and get settled in. The breakfast for both mornings mornings was excellent, Tim will bend over backwards to make sure your stay is pleasurable. We had never been to Winnsboro, the Saturday morning farmers market did not disappoint and we visited every shop in town, it was a pleasurable day. We will be back and we will stay at the Hubbell House again.
Nice cottages, we like the old style and courtyard was great along with the pool

Okay but a little dated.
This is an older house. The dining room and the bedroom were clean and comfy, but could use a little TLC. I was okay with it as we was just staying the night and really didn’t utilize anything but the bed and shower.

Beautiful setting and grounds. Room needed some maintenance.
The room was small, just see the pictures that I will share if I can. We got the distinct impression that not much effort was put into the design of the room and it really was in bad repair.
The room was beautifully quaint and quiet. The people make you feel like family. It was a great experience and very close to my reason for being in Winnsboro. Going to make it my my permanent destination.
Best location for an overnight business stay in Winnsboro. This was my second visit and was just as pleasant as my first. Always peaceful, always friendly, and the breakfast is always superb.
A real nice break from the big chains and highly recommended.
We came to town for a concert at the Bowery Stage, and a local friend recommended this B&B. It was in walking distance of the concert, and we had a great breakfast the next morning. The rooms were nicely furnished and comfortable. Only complaint from my husband was the train noise all night, which isnt something they dont have any control of. Would definitely recommend it.
We enjoyed our stay there, had a room with 2 double beds. Breakfast was served very nicely in the dining room, cooked once you arrived. Friendly lady who took care of us. I had one problem, the steps next to the curb are not lit and have bushes there as well that block any ambient light, so I took a bad fall when I couldn't see that there were 2 steps, not one. They need a light there, but when I brought it up to the owner, he didn't seem particularly interested in either putting lights there or if I was OK.
We booked the MASTER SUITE thru Hotels.com for 11/11/17. Let me just say the room was not clean smelling, it actually was musty and dirty. Then we go into the rest room and no shower only a tub. Then when my husband lifted the toilet seat is was very dirty from someone else. Just not a warm feeling at this place and definitely not clean. Needless to say we didnt stay and lost our $200.00 plus for the room. I DO NOT recommend this place if you are looking for comfort and cleanliness. Eddy
I enjoyed my stay in this very nice B & B. Room was comfortable and clean and the staff very friendly. I had to get up early and they had my breakfast waiting on me. I would definitely stay there again.

Charming B&B
The setting is beautiful but the house is not well maintained.
First the folks that run HH are so nice and accommodating, they made our stay great from the time we arrived. The house is located within walking distance to downtown and there you will find restaurants, shopping and a first class spa, all staffed by amazingly friendly people.
Highly recommend this town and the HH for a weekend getaway or family gathering as they have allot of capacity.
This B&B is by far one of the worst experiences we have ever had. I highly would suggest looking for somewhere else to stay. If you decide to stay here please don't leave your belongings in the room and definitely bring an appetite that only a few cockroaches can suppress. Horrible service, an experience that we can't wait to forget.

B&B was great
This was my first experience at a B&B and I was not disappointed. The owner called me himself to make sure I was okay because I was running behind schedule on my drive from Dallas. The food was fresh and delicious - they cater your time needs and any dietary restrictions you might have. The staff was very friendly and available even when I just had a silly question. The room was very charming and I felt very much at home. I would stay again given the chance to.
I grew up in Winnsboro and have no family left in town. So when I go back to Winnsboro, I always stay at Thee Hubble House. Tim and staff are wonderful and this is my hometown home away from home.
