"Beautiful and elegant old home in a nice little enclave neighborhood, super convenient to highways and all that Flint has to offer. Home was freshly restored and decorated throughout, and spotlessly maintained. My room was decorated and arranged in a very warm and comfortable manner and had a beautiful new private bath. "The building was in the process of a major renovation that had been going on since February, so there was a lot materials and workers getting things put in their proper places! The staff was very friendly and our room on the top floor was very nice and clean! Enjoyed the smell of the new paint! My wife, not so much! Lol Very affordable price as well!"
