「They took my money and did not provide me a room. They use the excuse of war for not having room even though I was able to book and pay for them online via Expedia. I asked them to update their Expedia availability and the refuse because they wanted to take advantage of people」

「Stayed from 26 to 31. This hotel was absolutely unacceptable and should not be listed as a place to stay. The condition of the room was shocking: extreme dirt, thick dust everywhere, visible mold in the bathroom, and a severely rusty faucet. There was a constant bad smell that made the stay very uncomfortable and raised serious hygiene and health concerns.
