「We had a very nice overnight stay. The staff were friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable, lots of nice pillows too.The only issue, the shower head head had a crack in it and some of the decore needed to be fixed up especially around the tv. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to a friend. It is convenient to many Hershey attractions. 」

「Great location, in the middle of chain restaurants and shops but only a few minutes drive to Amish restaurants and shops, close to Sight and Sound Theatre.」

「The building was being renovated. The lobby was closed. I had to step over a worker grouting a tile floor in order to check in thru a door at the side if the gift shop. the stairwells had construction materials in them. The fire door at the first floor was blocked open. This hotel had no business being open! The lady at the front desk was very understanding. She refunded our money and we went elsewhere.」

「Everything was in good working order but my room (#8) felt a bit like a prison – small, high windows you couldn't look out from, and that gave little natural light. Other rooms are probably better.」

「The rooms were clean, the manager was extremely helpful and responded very quickly. The breakfast was fine, but no eggs, waffles, or pancakes (but plenty of bagels, juice, coffee, cereal, instant oatmeal, etc). Great location "down the street" from Sight and Sound.」
