「Beautiful Hotel, fab food, breakfast amazing, clean comfortable beds room was a bit cold on arrival and took a bitbof time to heat up,but, there was an oil radiator in the room. The staff are fantastic, welcoming professional and helpful. 」

「Fabulous room, only slightly let down by empty picture hooks and non working lights. Bed is 2 singles pushed together which made it difficult to cuddle up, but otherwise very comfortable night.」

「自助式Check-in,老闆很熱心的讓我晚Check-in，因為我當天晚上十一點才抵達旅館。大致上旅館是乾淨，晚上也非常安靜。外面的街上也有許多餐廳與咖啡店可提供食物。 因為是老城市，我是可接受房間是比較舊式。」

「Amazingly friendly welcome. Heading up to the room through a fog of cigarette smoke did not bode well, but, happily, the room was immaculate. Service was second to none. Free parking in market square roght outside the hotel was a great bonus. Will definitely return to The Leven. 」

「Very friendly reception from the landlord Gareth who provided a most enlivening atmosphere in the Duke of Wellington ie a darts match for the men and Easter wreath making for the ladies. No food unfortunately but we found an excellent Italian restaurant in nearby Northallerton. The courtyard room was clean and comfortable, marred only by a very awkward shower - not easy to enter, due to lack of space.」

「Plenty of space to park, very quiet, no hassle checking in/out. Communication was great and the staff we spoke to were very polite and happy to help with any inquiries. The only slight issue (which isnt really an issue) is the bathroom light was on a sensor, id prefer a switch so i can decide whether to have the light on or not. 」

「Had a brilliant time at Rockliffe Hall. The spa was really relaxing and well worth it. The spa treatment itself was spot on, and the views around the place are lovely. The Staff were great: polite, helpful, and made everything easy. They left a few things out for our birthday celebration, which made the day feel special. Tip: on your last morning, try to squeeze in one last 1/2 hour the spa to set you up for the day.」
