「Overall, the hotel's environment and facilities and staff are good, but two things make me uneasy. Firstly, the bed is wrinkled, which gives the impression that someone has slept on it before, although the quilt looks new. Secondly, the bottom of the swimming pool appears dirty, making it impossible to determine whether the water is clean or dirty.」

「The staff were excellent. Very warm and friendly. Outstanding customer service. Our room seemed a bit outdated. Small tv in a large cabinet .Our bathroom had an older tub, the bathroom cabinet had numerous paint chips ,the small vanity mirror light was out. In the bedroom one of the light bulbs was out in a lamp on the night stand. For the price of the room, the resort fees, and $30.00 a night for parking seemed high for the quality of the room.」
