「We stayed here to ride our bikes on the presidential rail trail in Gorham and float on the Saco. North Conway is a great place to be close to nature and still be near restaurants and necessities. The Golden Gables was located in a spot that is easy to get in and out of. The grounds and pool were refreshing after spending the day bike riding. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet at night. We were on the first floor so we could house our bikes at night. It was a great value. 」

「Our room was unlike anywhere we’ve ever stayed before. Was perfect for our vibe and we had two fun nights! Loved having the hot tub available at all times and the big walk in shower. The chicken bacon ranch pizza was delicious too :) we’re already dreaming of experiencing another room at the adventure suites 」

「The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even recommended nearby souvenir shops and an amazing breakfast spot. I would give them a perfect score for their service. The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. However, the bathroom is a bit small, with a sink that seems sized for elementary school students, making it easy to splash water everywhere. The bed appears to have dust mites, as my allergies acted up shortly after lying down, though it...

「Stayed at the motel to hike. A shower/bathtub with a whirlpool was a treat after hiking 12 miles over 10 hours. The rates are an excellent value.」

「The grounds are well kept, the outdoor pool was very comfortable. The location is perfect, you are surrounded by all the best restaurants, NH attractions and beautiful mountains. The staff were very accommodating to my minor issues. The rooms have everything you need, I was surprised to find a well stocked kitchen, I could have prepared Thanksgiving dinner in these rooms. definitely recommend a stay here, you wont regret it.」
