"The hotel was outdated. The sheets and blankets were dirty and the pillow cases weren't so clean either. The staff were friendly but that's about it. The breakfast was disappointing and very limited. You can hear the traffic outside even with windows closed and it was hard to get a nights sleep. The refrigerator in the room did not work at all. Not a great place to sleep even for one night. Terrible. "

"Excellent service and a beautiful hotel. Good location, close to the Botanical Garden and a 5 minute walk to the mall. Great staff that fixed everything you asked for. Nice bar area with excellent food and drinks at a reasonable price. The only complain that I had was at the breakfast were the juice machine made some undrinkable juice. "

    "BigLand Hotel Bogor gave me excellent service with a free upgrade. When I got sick, the staff truly cared for me. Clean rooms, multiple restaurants, and a beautiful rooftop with live music. Only issue: nearby mosques start at 4 a.m., but thatโ€™s not the hotelโ€™s fault. Overall, very happy stay!"

    "The hotel offers reasonable value for money, but could be fantastic given its heritage. It looks like it could do with refurbishment (last done 25 years ago?) We chose to stay here as my parents had stayed there 70 years ago. Breakfast in the restaurant were very good with a strong local flavour. unfortunately it does not open in the evening leaving only the small cafe in the atrium area. We did not use the small pool. "
