"When we arrived, the lobby was not air conditioned so waiting to check in was hot (it was approximately 95 degrees outside). When we got to the room, the sofabed that my daughter was supposed to sleep on was covered in hair (hopefully dog hair and not human hair). When we asked to switch rooms or if it could be cleaned, we were told that the cleaning staff had gone home and the hotel was full. They gave us a portable bed that was not fit to sleep on. "Very nice place"

"BEWARE! They will turn off the hot water mid shower without warning! If you need new and clean towels you have to take the dirty towels in a basket to the front lobby before they exchange them for cleans ones. The staff if super rude and unprofessional. Lastly, the sheets on the bed were dirty and the room smelled terribly. Do not recommend. Please resort as a last option."
