"I never stayed. The hotel was dirty. I was sent to a room that was dirty and had not been cleaned. Hallway carpet stained. The lobby didn't have air conditioning on. Had to wait for 5 to 10 minutes before the desk clerk arrived to the desk. They had a bell on the front desk counter for you to ring if you needed service. There was another guest waiting in the lobby also for the clerk, they had issues also. After going to the room that was dirty and saw the condition of the property i went back to the desk and I told the clerk the clerk i was leaving and to refund my advance deposit. He said the manager would have to do it and they were not on the property, but it would normally take up 72 hours before you saw refund. "
