「A beautiful place to stay for anyone visiting Mont St Michel! Christophe warmly greeted us upon arrival and showed us to our thoughtfully prepared room, which included phone chargers and cold drinking water. He gave us some excellent recommendations about the local area. Christophe prepared a delicious and generous breakfast for us in the morning. We felt right at home at his accommodation! Christophe was a fantastic host and we will recommend this place to anyone going to Mont St Michel. 」

「Really spacious room with duplex, suitable for family. Unfortunately we couldn’t have dinner in the restaurant on that night as it had been booked for other event. We couldn’t enjoy the night view from restaurant but we could have breakfast to enjoy the beautiful view of Mont St Michel.
However, the communication between hotel was terrible. Firstly, I received a email in French only talking about the access code of carpark. I requested for an English version but no response. I used Google...

「The hotel is located at a great location. Very easy to access the river, bike xing, etc. There is a 'small' patio', which is only large enough for one chair.
The noise from other rooms are clear to hear. Even we stay on the toppest floor, we can still hear someone walking and talking.」

「I arrived late and found the reception was closed. I kept knocking the door for 15min until the receptionist noticed me while she was drinking with her friend in the shop nearby.
I was given a room with bed of 3 legs only. It couldn’t even stand on the floor. The mattress, bed sheet, blanket, and towels were used and placed on the floor with strong smell. I reached out to the receptionist to change for another room.
The other room was also smelly and dirty. But at least it got a bed that...

「check in 的日期是1/1，剛好是西方的新年！於是在入住前幾天收到mail告知，櫃檯人員可能不在！於是給了我一組號碼，可以在入口旁的機器自助check in!但我試了好久都失敗！還好門口有貼張告示，如果有任何問題可以找對面的IBIS的櫃檯幫忙！找了他們幫忙後，也是弄了一陣子才終於check in 成功@@整個耗時約40多分鐘！入住的第一天共用廁所和浴室比較髒，應該是因為人員休假的關係，隔天就恢復比較乾淨～房間還不錯，空間也還算大！」
