「Our room was perfect. It was perfectly clean, spacious, beautifully furnished with a view of the canal. The breakfasts were deliciously prepared with care. They kept the downstairs stocked with free cold water and various sodas and good wines at a very low cost. It was an absolute joy to experience this hotel that Katy and Olivier obviously put in so much of themselves to remodel from an old home and that they run with such care and detail. 「This property is disgusting. From the moment of checking in, it gave me hostel vibes when the TV remote and 2 towels were handed at the front desk, but it only got worse. Booked prepaid through Expedia but the hotel charged my card again and refused to refund despite proof of payment; staff were dismissive ('I can't believe anyone who walks through this door') and the room smelled like a dirty dog. Would not recommend.」

「接待人員相當親切，環境整體亦相當乾淨舒適，僅浴室淋浴的水龍頭支撐架壞掉，沖洗時有點不方便，但不影響整體感受。若搭乘火車旅遊，蠻推薦此住宿，價格便宜且距離車站步行約5~10分鐘(視行李重量增減)，且退房後可寄放行李。另外，住宿點距離城堡較遠，可搭乘公車往返，但公車資訊無法用google map取得，可向接待人員諮詢進一步資訊。」

「Casi imposible contactar con los propietarios,faltavan servicios los quales en la reserva se incluian,no sabian nada de nuestra reserva y le dieron nuestra habitacion a otros huespedes q se quedaron fuera al ver q la habitacion estava ocupada,nos supo muy mal por ellos pq reservaron hace cinco meses y nosotros tansolo el dia antes,la recepcion nos la hacieron otros huespedes despues de estar media hora intentando contactar,,estando mal aparcados enmedio de la calle cuando en los filtros previos...
