「Apart from the price which in any case was unrealistically high during Kumbh Mela for all hotels in Prayagraj, zone connect at the Park is excellent. Special mention to front desk staff who are very helpful and friendly. Vijay Nehra gets a special mention for his helpful nature. Civil lines , shopping and markets are close y but doesn’t cause any disruption as the hotel is tucked away in a smaller street close to Civil Lines. Good hotel to stay」

「Room was fine The service was very slow. It took porters over an hour to bring our bags down. On site Restaurant food was sub par and service terrible. All meals were buffet style. However the most of the food was not refilled, tables did not have any cutlery or napkins. Even juice glasses were not provided. I will not recommend this property!」
