" They do not have enough mineral water for drinking and despite of paying they are not stocking. They told me shop will open at 7 AM for mineral water and he would get it but when I came back at 7, he told me the shop is right opposite to hotel and I can buy water from them. These people were sleeping on couches in front desk where customers and their guests sit during day time. They just care for their comfort and not customer’s . I think better idea is to include price of drinking water per person per day that way you can stock some water. The bedsheet was dirty and when I asked to change it they did but it's also dirty. The person told us all the bedsheets look dirty. Washroom is not much clean. Toilet bowl is surely not clean. Water supply is short. So anytime of the day water there is so less water in faucet/ tap- it takes over an hour to fill a bucket. AC works well. No issues with that.The staff keeps loud music on when they do room service of other rooms. So that was disturbing as we were taking nap between afternoon hours. Breakfast is pricy but tasty. There is so much garbage right outside hotel and between Mahindra showroom. Even if that is on street I feel hotel should get it cleaned People who come hotel do walk on that street. The best thing about hotel is location. Very convenient location & Mr. Vivek Patel was extremely helpful,front counter person. He tried his best to help us with arranging bike ride for myself & my mom as our uber was waiting midway. "

"Do not book !! They are liars !! I booked a room a month ahead ( there was a big event so all the hotels were all full and all overcharging,when I arrived at the hotel the manager said they had cancelled my booking and they are not able to accommodate me. On top of that they said they are not associated with Expedia because they had a changed of ownership,so my booking was with old owner not the new owner. At first they said there is no free room then they change story and ask me to cancel Expedia booking and book with them directly. I said okay, but I have go make sure Expedia will refund my $ . I called Expedia , on the phone over 2 hours and Expedia said they are not able to get a hold of the "old owner " to approve the refund. ( Policy is no refund ) after a couple hours of insist not paying again unless I get refunded. I finally received a message on Expedia from the hotel "previous owner "stated that they have to cancel my booking due to technical difficulties. With that message in then I go ahead and said I will pay for one night first . After checked in I called Expedia again to make sure a refund will be issued, this time Expedia said they got a hold of the owner and the refund is approved. There was no new owner and old owner, the hotel want to keep my payments and get me to pay again. I overheard the manager on the phone and got instructions from the other end of the phone " okay, cancel and rebook" Room was dirty and had no hot water, "

"It was great 1 day stay while passing through. 3-star hotel, meet our needs Neighborhood was as expected in UP. If you are first time in India/UP maybe avoid this area. "

"The property is a rundown apartment , doesn't have proper ventilation. The Staff/Hotel Owner charged us 1000Rs more as we were 5 people to stay for 2 rooms. When booking the Hotel , I specifically mentioned that were 3 people and selected a Deluxe room (for 3 people) and Normal room (for 2 people)"
