「A perfectly charming hotel with the friendliest, most thoughtful staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We were there five nights in a spacious room with beautiful appointments. The pool is perfect for cooling off in the afternoon. The front desk arranged a sailboat cruise for us and yoga every morning on the roof at 6:30 AM. I can’t wait to come back to this dreamy place a block from the ocean. 」

I have an overnight bus to bangalore, the hotel offered a nice sofa to stay after checking out, and kept serving me tea and coffee. i booked hotel cab to bus station, the driver also kindly stay with me for 20 min till the correct bus came. the bus stopped in a different place than in the ticket, without cab driver s help i would probably miss it! 」

Its inside pondicherry but from the main city 7km and close to paradise beach and pondy ocean park. 「Very good, modern hotel, great location not far from the Paradise beach. This hotel is new, and although happy with the stay, the hotel needs to improve on the following: 1. No toilet paper was available. 2. No wifi. The hotel wifi did not work and the back up mobile data dongle did not work. 3. Only some of the room electric plugs worked. 4. Uber is sporadic here, drivers reluctant to accept trip 30 minutes from town. The hotel was unable to provide details of other local transport. Next...

「I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The only thing I didn't like was the Spa. It was absolutely the worst spa and massage I've ever had and there was some suspicious behaviour in there which I avoided. However, I know that the spa is run separately. I would just recommend the management of this hotel to disassociate with the Spa and/or remove its mention from the website. Otherwise the hotel itself was perfect. Great food, great service, really wonderful experience.」

He was outstanding in his manner and helpfulness. Really helpful suggesting places to visit or eat, and helped arrange our onward travel. 」
