The people working there were lovely, the room was amazing, and it’s conveniently close to bus stops. The only downside was that the sheets and towels had some light stains — I’m not sure what they were, but it would have been better if they were spotless.

Great stay. I had all the amenities I needed in the room. John at the desk was very helpful with info on what to do and see in Malta. The coded access for the front door and room is especially useful if you arrive late to check in.

The structure is a little gem, with elegant rooms equipped with all the comforts. The owner is a young and delightful boy, kind and helpful. Despite the absence of a parking lot, you can easily park nearby. Breakfast is not provided, but next to the hotel there are many small bars where you can do it.

I was welcomed with a stylishly customised envelope. That contained all details required for my stay. The owner took time off to give recommendations on all the best spots, he dropped us off on one of the locations. The room was cleaned every morning fresh towels and clean linen. When it was time to check out. I was given a lovely surprise. They left me a cake in the fridge. If I’m ever in Malta again I’m coming back to Cinematique 😍😍

What an amazing boutique hotel. Location is excellent in a lovely little town Mosta with excellent local buses outside to all the other towns in Malta. The hotel and room were of an excellent high standard with end finishes and furniture and spotlessly clean. Maid service is excellent rooms and linen changed frequently. The 2 hosta John and Albert are very friendly and knowledgeable giving us lots of tips for visiting different areas of Malta

Excellent choice

This is a family run hotel. The guy converted the old cinema house to a very high stardard. Lift, Netflix tv, fabulous mattress and lovely deep bath. We had the penthouse suite giving us a balcony overlooking Mosta Dome - fabulous

Cozy little hotel & the nicest staff in the world

The hotel is not large, very cozy, calm and clean, new furniture and accessories in the room, perfect for a quick stay in Mosta. It is 30 seconds walk from the beautiful Mosta Rotunda, lots of little cafes and bars 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel. Loved the contactless access - you are given a room access code and you don't need to worry about any hotel cards. And the best for last - the owners/managers are the nicest people you will ever meet! I was explained everything, provided adapter (apparently, all continental Europeans come to Malta not knowing that the electric plugs are different!) and felt like I was home. Sweetest, nicest hoteliers I have met. Thank you again, John!
