Melhor evitar

Por ser no centro, o lugar é barulhento, muito movimento mesmo tarde da noite. As janelas não isolam o ruido. O chuveiro jogava 90% da agua na parede devido a sujeira nos furos por onde a agua deveria sair. O local era limpo, porém com muitas manchas de Infiltração nas paredes. O rapaz da recepção foi bem educado e atencioso.

É um hotel com bom custo benefício. Nada de luxuoso, mas tem o que se precisa pra quando se está de passagem, como foi nosso caso. Os atendentes e funcionários são maravilhosos, muito cordiais e solicitos. Resolveram tudo que precisamos. As camas são todas novinhas, extremamente confortáveis. As de solteiro são modelo solteirão então são bem grandes… eu já disse confortável? Rsrs

Os funcionários são excelentes. Estacionamento não tem, e dependendo do horário e o dia, é necessário paciência para ficar circulando até encontrar uma vaga. O elevador funciona aos solavancos. As instalações são antigas, guarda-roupas velho, a porta estava atrastando no chão e fazendo muito barulho.

Minha estadia foi otima, o atendimento na recepção e no cafe da manha foram excelentes, houveram 2 pontos negativos: o barulho durante fim da noite e uma parte da madrugada, buzinas, caminhao de lixo entre outros, e o ar condicionado que nao estava pegando bem, nao reclamei do ar pois estàvamos na cidade de passagem e paramos pra descansar, estavamos tao exaustos que decidi deixar pra lá.

Hotel com atendimento dos funcionários, seja durante o dia ou noite, excelente, simpáticos e prestativos. Fica no centro da cidade, em frente à farmácias; durante o dia bem movimentado a noite bem calmo, próximo a igreja Santa Luzia, café da manhã suficiente. Ficamos hospedados no 4 andar onde conseguimos ver um pouco ao redor do hotel. Quartos amplos com Netflix, TV a cabo e ar condicionado, bom banheiro.

No check-in a recepcionista nao sabia o que eu tinha escolhido e pago na reserva. Disse que o hotel nao havia recebido o valor. Queria me dar um quarto inferior ao que eu paguei, dizendo que pelo valor que eu tinha pago o quarto era aquele. Nós findamos aceitando uma outra opçao de quarto, quando chegamos no tal era o quarto inferior que ela tinha oferecido. Nada funcionava, o frigobar desligado. Depois que reclamei nos trocaram para ouyro quarto. Nao tem tomadas para carregar celular, tablet, computador. Muito barulho na rua. Foi um caos.
