Hotel com manutenção precária

Tive diversos problemas no check-in, chave que não foi salva e tive que retornar para refazer a senha, água que não saia na torneira mesmo abrindo o registro, controle remoto da tv com pilha vazada. O hóspede chega no hotel cansado depois de um dia exaustivo e se depara com uma estrutura sem manutenção, é lamentável.

Bom quarto, mas pecisa ver infiltrações perto do ar condicionado, bom café porque levantei cedo, mas a namorada levantou de 9h e não tinha mais pães, faltou café com leite na maquina e pedi uma toalha pois só tinha uma no banheiro e não fui atendido.
