Bom quarto, mas pecisa ver infiltrações perto do ar condicionado, bom café porque levantei cedo, mas a namorada levantou de 9h e não tinha mais pães, faltou café com leite na maquina e pedi uma toalha pois só tinha uma no banheiro e não fui atendido.

Superou as expectativas

Hotel lindo e luxuoso. Decoração muito bonita. Café da manhã muito bom, com itens variados. Quarto amplo, com armários e frigobar abastecido. Fiquei apenas uma diária (estava de passagem entre Fortaleza e Natal), mas, indo a Mossoró, voltarei a me hospedar. Como não tinha mais disponibilidade de quarto com cama king no site, ficamos (casal) num quarto com duas camas de solteiros. Colchões bons, roupas de cama e toalhas de boa qualidade. Eu daria nota 10 se as toalhas fossem brancas. Apesar de serem de boa qualidade, as toalhas não eram brancas. Como sugestão: colocar um porta xampu maior no banheiro e mais uma mesinha de cabeceira. No quarto em que fiquei (408), só tinha uma. Fora isso, nada a reclamar. Tudo perfeito. Tive uma excelente estada.

O hotel é bem localizado, arquitetura bonita, recepcionista da tarde se atrapalhou e reservou um quarto triplo só com uma cama, o da noite prontamente resolveu. Precisa melhorar a orientação sobre o horário de barulho, muito barulho a noite toda nos corredores.
