Amazing Breakfirst

Breakfirst was amazing, everything you can ask for as well as a very delicate touch from the staff preparing the delicacys. Something above and beond.

Ingen grunn til å booke her igjen. Rommet var rent, så det går greit å overnatte, men her er alt helt basic, og enkelte deler var glemt i rengjøringsplanen.

Old and pricey but clean

Very old hotel. Optional breakfast, which in my eyes is positive. Rooms are old but clean. Bathrooms were really bad. Super cheap shower solutions for example. I payed around 1200 for one night. That’s 500 more than what would be a correct price for this room in this hotel. So quite pricey for the low standard I think.

Fin beliggenhed og hjælpsomt personale. Morgenmad er ikke tilgængelig, man kan købe kaffe/the/madpakke to go. Værelset ret småt til tre personer - man skulle kante sig forbi sovesofaen. Senge og sengetøj var behageligt.

Billig overnatting midt i Moss, men frokosten (matpakker og kaffe) kom uten bestikk, den ene nattbordlampen manglet og badet var ikke spesielt grundig vasket.

Arbeidsbrakke-hotell😡

Ligg unna dette hotellet!! Ingen frokost. Ved ankomst fikk vi opplyst at hotellet snart skal rives, og at rommene benyttes kun til arbeidsfolk. Rommet var sgs «ribbet», vask på badet var tett. Så fikk vi byttet rom hvor dusjen ikke virket.. overhørte at ny gjest fikk tilbudt dblrom til enkeltrom-pris. Merkelig at dette «hotellet» står på Hotels.com sine sider..

ALDRI OVERNATT på dette hotellet, det skal rives januar 2025. Burde vært revet for lenge siden, det er helseskadelig å overnatte der. Mugg og fukt slår i mot deg med det samme man går inn på hotellet. Stinker over alt på hotellet. Måtte åpne vindu på rommet om natten, helt forferdelig. Skulle ha to overnattinger her men måtte bare sjekke ut etter første natten. Frokost, forferdelig klarte ikke spise, maten så ut som om den hadde lagt der i flere dager, holdt på å kaste opp. Sølvkre og skjeggkre feller lå over alt. Nei fy og fy.

En natt var nok.

Vi hadde egentlig bestilt leilighet, men jeg fikk beskjed før ankomst at den ikke var tilgjengelig. Vi fikk derfor familierom (to rom med dør imellom). Det var skittent og slitt. Sengetøyet var rent og sengene fra gode. Grei plass for en overnatting, men ville ikke hatt flere netter her. Frokosten var ingen høydare, og det opplevdes urenslig. Her burde en minst oppgradert kaffekannene. De var gamle og slitt. Det var også tomt for mye av maten.

Fik ikke hvad vi forventede.

En halv time før vi ankom blev vi ringet op hvor de meddelte at vores lejlighed var under reparation. Vi havde bestilt et 3 personer rum og et 7 personers rum med mulighed for selv sørge for spisning. Denne mulighed var derfor ikke muligt. Med nogen diskussion fik vi erstatningsværelser. Morgenmaden måtte vi betale for, på trods af at vi per telefon fik lovning om vi vil få morgenmaden som kompensation for ændring på ordren. En anden medarbejder som var i receptionen kunne ikke godtage hvad hans kollega havde lovet os i telefonen. Efter diskussion overgav vi os og betalte for morgenmaden. Det skal siges at morgenmaden trods alt var ok.
