"What a fabulous hotel from the moment we checked in Ricky was Lovely and gave me 2 free Birthday drinks, Danny the Food and Beverage Manager in the Anzu restaurant was so lovely it was really lovely talking to him such a nice guy ,He wanted to give me a free dessert for my Birthday but we were so full after eating dinner ,The room was amazing and totally spotless and the View was Amazing,When we were checking out Michael assisted us ,What an amazing Person he was so lovely to talk to and went totally over and above for us he was just an amazing guy ❤️, Everyone was fantastic really and made our trip so much more enjoyable and memorable.We would totally recommend this hotel without a doubt and we will definitely be coming back Thanks Hotel Nikko you definitely are a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hotel "

"Its pretty much dead center of the City life in SF. We walked back from the club after a day if bar hopping through the City. Bathrooms are really clean so thats a good sign in my opinion. "

"The property itself was stunning. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The entire hotel was clean and well kept. The room was beautiful. The area around the hotel was rough. Construction everywhere and the homeless population was to the extent it felt unsafe to walk around. We witnessed a women drop her pants and defecate right out front in between two cars. Again properly beautiful but just watch your surroundings when not on the property itself. "
