Staff was super nice and friendly. Bathroom could use some upgrade especially the door as it had tape covering cracks. It was quiet, which was the best.

The staff was friendly and helpful. the beds were fine. the family room was in need of repair. there were floor tiles attached, poorly, to the walls in the bathroom. One light switch didn't always work Peeling paint outside. the whole place needs a lot of TLC

Not worth the money
Brown splatters in bathroom and near sink area, concern for what it was. Unknown brown product smeared in carpet. Both entry doors wouldn’t close right- could see light around frame. Very difficult to get warm shower in morning, and flashed cold frequently.

The building looks like half of it is condemned and the half that isn't wasn't much better. Smoke detector was beeping super loud at 4am while i was hungover trying to sleep. The whole dead was NOT worth $100/night after fees.

Staff was friendly. The room was clean. No Kleenex. No way to make a hot beverage as there were not any cups for hot liquids. There was no coffee or tea in the room. The TV was fuzzy. I did not try the internet. Exterior needed a lot of work. No breakfast. Did not know until I was checking out that there was coffee in office. Overall a very poor value for my $246.

Owners are amazing people they are very kind and always there when you need help of any sort favorite place to stay just because of them! Rooms are very clean they have been remodeling them and they are looking even better everytime I stay there, it’s a nice quiet place to get some rest!!!! There’s a pool!!! Good people are what make the experiences and these owners are just amazing!

I won't stay again
The room was not very clean. The furniture and furnishings were very aged and worn. The bathroom door did not close. The front door deadbolt did not work. Walls and other items needed maintenance or repair. It appeared as if unskilled employees were responsible for this work and had done the best they could.

Stayed July 23rd, 2023 ... Worse experience, worse motel I ever stayed in! I thought I could trust Expedia rating and comments ... they had nothing to do with reality in this case ... did the owner buy comments..??! I don't know but I am questionning the differences between comments, rating and reality... Bed sheet were clean and mattress was ok but the room itself ... holes on the wall, don't know if the carpet has ever been washed, very old furniture ... god, too long to describe all... if I knew the state of the room, I am not sure I would have paid even half of what I paid... one thing is now sure ... never again at the Oasis Motel in Mose Lake, Washington...

BEDBUGS!! Service was good during our stay however when bites began to appear approximately 24 hours later, the owners took less than 5 minutes to “check the room” and tell us there were no bed bugs (the bedbug bites all over me beg to differ..) Otherwise great motel for the price, good service and great location. I hope they’re able to get this sorted :(

This place leaves a lot to be desired upon first look but the room was big and clean and the staff were great. There are new owners and it is going to take them some time to get the outside fixed up but don't let it discourage you. Rates are great, as well.

Nice enough in the inside, it was well air conditioned and comfortable for me and my family. What I didn't like was the rough neighborhood and clients, but thats not within management control. Truly did the best they could with what they have

Just ok at best
Based on the outside, we were a little nervous when we pulled up to check in. The lady at the front desk was very nice and cheerful. We went to our room and it smelled like an old 70’s hotel room that had been smoked in. You could also see daylight around the doors. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. This place is very outdated but it did the job for our 2 nights we stayed.

They put us in a room where there was construction all night . Very loud until almost 11 pm. Watched us go in our room . Cops magically drove around twice in the back where we were staying. As if a grandma & her grandson were some type of criminals. Than clld at 1030 to see if we were staying again. I asked check out is 11 right? Than asked for a deposit when it wasn't written on the website. Watched our room when I was bringing stuff in like I was smuggling in a pet or a person. Bcz women don't stay on their own I guess. Didn't have on website there was construction going on. Every time we left they watched & then watched us go in our room. Door had no safety lock from the inside . Back door had no type of safety lock on but a chain but the door itself didn't lock. I carry my own protection but other ppl may not. So if u want to feel safe I prob wouldn't stay there .

Great place to stay, especially if you have children and/or dog. Staff was very friendly/helpful during our time there...and our room was very clean comfortable. I highly recommend Motel Oasis for your stay in Moses Lake :)

The property is in shambles. The rooms are old and dated. Looks like the owners tried to cover stuff up with a terrible paint job. The walls in the bathroom had the paint peeling off and water/mold stains. The exterior was run down, stairs are rotted.
