"The good: The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub hours were a nice surprise especially after being out all day. Rooms were clean, and plenty spacious. Parking lot just seemed very narrow for some odd reason. The bad: The staff when I checked in seemed extremely inconvenienced by my presence and wanting to check in. No greeting, very short, overall just not a pleasing into to the property. The ugly: I couldnt tell you how many thousands of nights I`ve spend in hotels and the breakfast at this hotel takes the cake as the worst. The "grab and go" type of style was still extremely limited and if you werent lucky enough to find an open microwave, there was no point in hanging around."

"Our toilet didn’t work for the first night. The hotel was booked out, so we were unable to move rooms. My wife had just had a C section 4 weeks prior, but to use the bathroom she had to go to the lobby. Which was up the elevator and on the complete other side of the hotel. Our tv also didn’t work half the time, and the beds sunk in the middle. They refunded me $50… but honestly that wasn’t really enough. I didn’t want to argue so I just took it and left."

"Staff was great and friendly, able to accommodate our late checkout request. Breakfast was delicious. Room was comfortable. The only negative comment was that the room was not very sound-proof. We could hear people taking shower and going to the bathroom upstairs."

"They were very nice it had a big convenience store attached for easy shopping. The only sad thing was pool was down for remodling but that remodeling is looking good."

"After check in I went to my room to find not only a very dated room but also the beds weren't even made up. There was pile of blankets and pillows for me to do myself. Not what you want to do when your already tired."

"Beds were small, definitely not queen. The lights outside were really bright, the curtains could’ve been a little longer to make the room darker. One of the beds (or mattresses?) was broken, and I kept rolling down to my left. It was a rough night. The room looked clean."

"Old, ungrateful, several bugs crawling on room floor, depressing, gloomy room, canceled and got out of there, not up to Comfort Suites or Expedia standards and ratings."
