Great Hotel location.. Morzine is a great resort.. Hotel provide free transport to 2 main ski lifts.. Also free bus transport with bus stop beside hotel..Remember to get refundable € 10 lock for ski lockers below put on locker of choice ASAP..

Great hotel location and pool
The surroundings are beautiful so the location of the hotel is superb! We went in the summer so the hotel itself has a lovely pool and nice outdoor seating. The service was good too but there are a few things to take note of. The room has no fridge, no drawers in the wardrobes for clothes, no a/c, and the restaurant is only open in the mornings and evenings. This is why I gave it a low score regarding comfort. There is a great kids’ club (the kids’ club staff was exceptional) so it’s wonderful for families but if you don’t have kids then the noise from the kids’ club can be too much at times.

A comfortable hotel!
The location of the hotel was convenient enough to get around in Morzine and it was very comfortable to stay in the hotel. We arrived at the hotel after midnight but the key of the room and all info were ready to be collected at the reception and all went well. And the staff were all friendly. Thank you!

Good for a one night stop
This was a one night stop ahead of a ski holiday. The hotel is located close to the centre of Morzine and near to some good restaurants, a great wine bar and a 10 to 15 minute walk to the centre where the livelier already ski bars are. The hotel is family oriented and has a Turkish bath and 2 pools. The breakfast is plentiful and the hotel also sells you ski passes. The room we had was spacious (it even had a spare cot in an ante chamber, where the toilet (small) and shower/ bathroom were off. It was of a certain age. Plentiful parking it seems. We got a great night's sleep and it was good value for money.

If your standards are set low, this Hotel is good.
Family was a bit dissapointed with the hotel. We've stayed in some nice 4-5* hotels across the world but for my Wife's first time skiing, she had a culture shock. Hotel looks lovely from outside and reasonably looking/equipped around the bar and reception area, but once to the room she was surprised at the decor/size/standard. We politely asked to move rooms because our first family room was just two tiny small room spaces with one single wardrobe and 1x small bed side drawer each. It was nowhere near enough room to store even our ski gear let alone day/night clothes, especially with a 9 year old and 3 year old. The hotel staff were lovely and polite, which is a surprise seeing as most other French people were utterly rude around the resort.... They moved us to another room which was a small improvement with extra storage. the Ski/Boot room wasnt the best. Just lockers, no heating or heated boot dryers. 2nd morning we found damp cold boots to put on. Not good. Staff around the hotel were great. Couldnt be more helpful. The dining area/dinners were good with plenty of choices. Not michelin, but we're not paying Michelin money and therefore it would be hard to find fault. If you're a person that says 'Well this is just what you get in a French Ski Resort for your money' then, you wont be disappointed.

Comfortable mountain hotel in cozy Morzine
Large room with practical equipment; clean; decoration could be a bit more cozy... Location is very good: walking distance to the city center and ski bus stops right in front of the door. Staff has been very friendly and helpful.

Un super lieu de détente et de convivialité.
Un hôtel club où on aime aller été comme hiver. On participe à peu d'activités, mais l'ambiance est toujours joyeuse. L'accueil de Cathy ou d'Alexandre est toujours excellent. La nourriture est excellente (mention spéciale pour le repas de Noël et la soirée italienne), très raffinée malgré le nombre de convives, et j'espère que le chef qui part à la retraite va bien former son successeur. Il va nous manquer. La piscine (même si les jets ne marchaient pas cette semaine) et le hammam ou le jacuzzi sont très agréables. Le vrai plus cette année est la navette privée qui nous conduit directement à la remontée de Supermorzine.

Nous avons été bien accueilli. Un Grand appartement nous a été affecté (6 couchages pour 2). Il était propre, confortable et bien situé coté jardin. Au bout du jardin, se trouve en enclos avec des dains, et un poulailler avec des poules, un paon (malheureusement très bruyant la nuit). l'établissement comporte 3 piscines dont 2 chauffées, un spa et un hammam. Le petit déjeuner est correct sans plus.

séjour sympa en été, on n'a pas forcément profité de toutes les animations (nombreuses proposées) mais globalement très satisfaisant. petite remarque, à la réservation, si quasi toutes les chambres, ont un balcon, ce en sera pas forcément le cas des dernières restantes (mais c'est bien précisé lors de la réservation)

Hotellet ligger i utkanten av Morzine, 10-12 min promenad till centrum. Vissa rum är inte renoverade. Vi fick ett sådant med bad om att få byta. Detta ordnades snabbt. Wi-fi fungerade inte så bra. Matsalen var stor och lite stökig. Mycket onyttig mat, svårt att hitta något utan socker. Positivt med gratis parkering i anslutning till hotellet. Trevlig personal.

Hotel agréable et propre. Une déception : la piscine sans eau... il serait bon de prévenir les futurs voyageurs sur le site... Le pdj pourrait être largement amélioré car très simpliste. Rapport qualité / prix un peu en dessous de ce que l'on pourrait attendre.

L'hôtel est globalement plutôt joli. Partie commune agréable, même s'il ne faut pas craindre les escaliers. La chambre, par contre, bien que spacieuse, est vieille et on sent que le mobilier commence à être usée. Surtout dans la salle de bain. On était très loin des photos du site. Peut être que notre réservation expédia a incité l'hôtelier a nous attribuer une chambre non rénovée. L'insonorisation était assez moyenne. Pas de bruit de couloir mais provenant des autres chambres... Le petit déjeuner était correct. Rien d'exceptionnel mais tout était là. Attention à ne pas arriver trop tard quand même. Je pense que c'est le genre d'hôtel où suivant la chambre attribuée on ne passe pas le même séjour...
