Alpine charm meets outdoor adventure in this mountain village where wooden chalets house welcoming après-ski bars and local restaurants. Hike summer trails through wildflower meadows or ski the vast Portes du Soleil area connecting to nearby Avoriaz and Les Gets.
We had an excellent stay! The room was clean, spacious, and you can tell it was recently renovated. It was nice to have the toilet separate from the shower to get the family out on the slopes and to bed faster. Beds and bedding was cozy. Breakfast is light—croissants, coffee machine, orange/apple tropicana juice, granol mixture and an assortment of cold cuts and cheeses. Location is great—3 min walk to the Morzine gondola. The owner takes great pride in her establishment and is eager to make...

Great hotel, right in front of the slopes and in the center of Les Gets. Breakfast buffet is excellent with lots of local specialties. Ample dining options in the hotel and around Les Gets. Nice pool and spa areas.

This is my 3rd time staying at Hotel Heliopic. There is simply no other hotel I would choose in Chamonix. As far as value, Heliopic should be deemed a 6 star hotel. Between the fabulous, helpful, patient, informative, and accommodating staff, and the numerous little complimentary touches and amenities in the hotel, I consider Heliopic one of my favorite hotels to stay at in the world. Amazing, large, and clean spa, Michelin restaurant on site and now a new cheese restaurant, lovely lounge area...

This impeccably maintained vintage hotel was immaculate in every way. Like stepping back in time to where the rich and famous of the past surely visited. Great view overlooking Montreux, but not super convenient to walking the lake promenade. There is a tram or bus stop nearby that easily takes you up and down.

Absolutely perfect resort for families with small children. The service is excellent. The staff is lovely. I loved it so much that I extended our stay a second night. Highly recommend!

This cute hotel was perfect for our one night stay after hiking Cirque du Fer à Cheval. Everyone slept well; kids loved the bunk beds. The lobby/restaurant area with terrace was especially charming and a fantastic place to start the morning with a coffee. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The street also has a lot of charm, with a fantastic bakery, cute restaurant, pharmacy, and gift shop all within a block. One drawback was that pool closed at 8pm, which felt early with the long daylight...
